Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as agreed upon.
Custom orders require approval of final design proofs before production begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors or fraudulent activity.

3. Custom Work & Design Approval

For personalized or engraved items, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and JCC is not liable for errors overlooked during approval.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
JCC is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped, though we will assist in resolving issues with the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handcrafted and personalized products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for review and resolution.
Replacement or refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion after inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content — including images, text, graphics, and designs — belongs to JCC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any materials is strictly prohibited.
